Since October, I have had mail , including a credit card, stolen from my mail box (near the intersection of Pyrtania and Peniston) on several occassions. 

Neighbors have seen an older black man with grey hair --who rides a bicycle and talks (or pretends to talk) on his cell phone--standing suspiciously in front of our house on two occassions.  On one of these occassions, he was going through our trash at 4 a.m. trying to put together torn reciepts.  Be careful what you put in your mailbox and/or trash.
